Andrew Ford, the founder of Mindful Edge, is a skilled facilitator and intuitive coach with a comprehensive knowledge of positive psychology and coaching. He draws on over twenty years of experience in youth and community organisations, including leadership, professional development, coaching and mentoring.
Andrew has an in-depth understanding of the tools required to bring about change for individuals, teams and organisations, and has spoken at national conferences in the UK and Australia. He is currently studying a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, researching perfectionism and its impact on wellbeing and performance.
Andrew’s Qualifications:
Carla Ford is a co-director of Mindful Edge and a lecturer in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. She has twenty years experience of working in and with the education sector, designing and delivering tailor-made curriculum and training programs, both here and in the UK.
A qualified teacher with ten years classroom experience, Carla was an integral part of the SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre, an initiative for State-wide wellbeing.
Carla holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne and an honours degree in Theology. Her love of travel has taken her to more than 40 countries and led to her love affair with Australia. She now holds two passports and refuses to say whom she barracks for in the cricket.
